If you take off the fact I didn't have the phone I paid for for a month (£35), the screen protector I had on the old phone (a tenner), one I put on the reconditioned one, Special Delivery for sending the reconditioned one back (just over a fiver), and parking for when we went to the O2 store, I'm about even. As to the amount of time I've spent on it - no compensation for that whatsoever. The annoying thing is, when customer service is done well it's *so* appreciated by me. All of this could have been so easily avoided, and instead I could be singing their praises! Hope all goes well with the LG, Laura... Well, I now have the replacement phone, and the £70 credit.
